    Matisse Bonzon

    Matisse is a French-Brazilian activist, trainer, and actor, currently based in the South-West of France, whose work supports organizations and community-led initiatives fighting for climate justice.

     

    He has 10+ years of experience working in Latin America and Europe in training, organizing, and supporting people power campaigns. Among the orgs he has worked with are Nossas, a Brazilian innovation lab that has mobilized +1M Brazilian online and offline, UNICEF France, Youth for Climate, or the Global Alliance of Territorial Communities. He also teaches Social Innovation at SciencePo Paris and co-direct Latitude Theater Company.

    Binta Jammeh is a Paris-based social entrepreneur, activist, educator, and mental health advocate whose work supports community-led initiatives focused on reducing social and environmental inequalities.

     

    She has 10+ years experience working internationally on issues related to digital literacy, educational, social, and economic inclusion of marginalised communities, intercultural communication, and diversity and equity. Her current work focuses on helping organisations build movements for climate and racial justice, training youth leaders and activists in campaigning, community-building and mobilization, and building networks of peer learning, support, and empowerment for marginalized communities.

     

    Her work has been featured in the Economist, the Atlantic, Forbes, CNN, France 24, and more. When not working, she can be found actively volunteering with feminist and anti-racist organizations, listening to podcasts, and testing new cookie recipes.

    Intern, Lead on Communications & Capacity Building

    Sean is a Brussels-based organiser, communicator and capacity builder with social movements in Europe. Mobilised into being an activist 8 years ago by the Scottish independence referendum, his climate justice-focused activism has since taken him across the continent.

     

    Now a graduating from an MA in European Affairs at Sciences Po, he specialises in helping emerging organisations & movements to grow through implementing an organisational strategy that empowers members with campaigns that are important to them. Specifically, this includes "the four C's": campaigning, community organising, capacity building, and communications. He splits his spare time between reading political theory and racing cars around the streets of Brussels on his bicycle. LinkedIn | Twitter

    Anne-Laure is an expert in systemic organizational change and participatory processes; she worked for 5 years as project manager and international collaboration facilitator at Google and Canal+, before launching the first incubator for social entrepreneurs in Hanoi, Vietnam. She now supports organizations to transition towards a more collaborative culture and a positive social impact -- including the US Embassy in Vietnam or the European Commission in Brussels. LinkedIn

    Guillaume helped launch Campaign Accelerator in 2016 after running people-powered mobilisation campaigns for more than 8 years: beginning at Doctors Without Borders, then launching the global citizens’ movement All Out for LGBTQI rights. All Out was based in New York and inspired by the latest engagement techniques developed by the Barack Obama’s campaigns.

     

    Since moving on from the Accelerator, Guillaume has launched 4 different podcasts and now offers coaching to help self-employed people get unstuck and achieve their mission.
